The hikes around Kathmandu / Pokhara Valley rim are a refreshing break from the city to experience rural Nepal for all average travelers. The hike takes through pastoral landscapes and visiting medieval towns and villages offering panoramic views of the Himalaya along with rewarding insights into the livehood of the ethnic valley rim dwellers. The hikes consist walking 5-6hrs in a day and easy grade. It’s wonderful way to get the test of walking in the Nepal Himalaya.
