Normal route – South East ridge
Ama Dablam (6,812m) is a beautiful mountain, located almost due south of Everest and Lhotse in the Khumbu region. It stands among many 22,000 to 24,000 foot peaks that surround the high valleys of this region, yet stands out by way of its classic beauty: It is a steep pyramid of ice with vertical walls and sharp, exposed ridges. Ama Dablam forms a lasting impression on many trekkers in Nepal, as it is perhaps the most stunning mountain along the popular trekking route to Everest Base Camp

Expedition Itinerary
Day 01 : Arrival in Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel.
Day 02 : Kathmandu, briefing and shopping.
Day 03 : Fly to Lukla, 2800m and trek to Phakding, 2640m.
Day 04 : Trek to Namche Bazaar, 3446m.
Day 05 : Trek to Khumjung, 3790m.
Day 06 : Stay at Khumjun g for acclimatization.
Day 07 : Trek to Tengboche Monastery, 3860m.
Day 08 : Trek to Mt. Ama Dablam Base Camp.
Day 9 – 22 : Mt. Ama Dablam Climbing Period
Day 23 : Cleaning up Base Camp.
Day 24 : Base Camp to Khumjung.
Day 25 : Trek to Phakding.
Day 26 : Trek to Lukla.
Day 27 : Fly to Kathmandu.
Day 28 : Kathmandu.
Day 29 : Departure from Kathmandu.
