Nepal-a spectacular and fascinating destination is a tiny Himalayan country, situated between the great civilizations of India and China. Tibet is a plateau region in Asia, north of the Himalayas. It is home to the Tibetan people, and to some other ethnic groups such as Monpas and Lhobas, and is inhabited by considerable numbers of Han and Hui people. Tibet is the highest region on earth, with an average elevation of 4,900 metres (16,000 ft). It is sometimes referred to as the roof of the world.
Bhutan often revered as the “Land of the Peaceful Dragon” is still regarded as one of the last “Shangri-la’s” in the Himalayan region because of its remoteness. Its spectacular mountain terrain. Varied flora and fauna and its unique ancient Buddhist monasteries. It is in the relatively unexplored pockets of Asia which allows only limited number of discerning travelers to enter the country in order to protect its fragile environment and culture.
India lies in south Asia and it is the seventh largest country by geographical area, the second most populous country. India is bordered by Pakistan to the west; China, Nepal and Bhutan to the north; and Bangladesh and Burma to the east.
