 Island peak, situated at the top of the Imja Khola valley in the Khumbu region. One of the popular peak climb with easy excess all the way upto chuukung. The Peak is technical and straight forward so that the climber must used the component of climbing materials like ice axe and crampons. The most difficult section is a mixed rock and ice wall at the slope of around 45 degree leading to the narrow summit ridge. This is somehow is the best combined adventure to be and see very live view of world's height peak Mt Everest in front of you including Mt Lhotse massif, Mt Nuptse at the top of peak itself or top of kala pattar.
The expedition with 30 minutes flight from the Kathmandu to Lukla and trek further continually up to Everest base camp passing through very beautiful sherpa villages, monasteries, high point Kala Pattar (18450ft), Khumbu glacier and Everest base camp at the foot of Khumbu icefall. By this time you will be fully fit and well acclimatised for attempting the summit climb of the Island peak so we head back to the beautiful Imja Khola valley towards Island peak. We set our base camp tent at the base of the peak then we 2-3 days in order to make ascent of the peak. After our successful ascent of the peak we will trek back Namche and fly out form Lukla to Kathmandu .

Day 03: Rest day at Namche for acclimatization
