 The Arun valley is located between Sagarmatha and Makal-Barun National Parks.

trek in this valley provides an alternative of approach to the Khumbu region.

It is the best combined of natures, river, valley, traditional life-style and
of course mountains. The native people of the region and villages are extra
live attractions.We normally start this trek either from bus drive to Hile or
flight to Tumlingtar and finish at Jiri or Lukla depending on your time factor
and interest.
