Short and sweet treks experience mountains, country side, peoples and cultural without going too high and far. The treks are excellent for all aged people. Three are few trek options around Kathmandy valley rim and anyone you choose are equally wonderful.


Nagarkot trek
Starting with drive to Panauti and trek to Namobuddha; the trek goes through some of the beautiful sites and finishes at Sankgu a Newari town.

Trek itinerary-
Day 01 : Kathmandu - NamoBuddha, drive to Panauti bazaar for about 2 hrs. and trek to namobuddha for 3hrs.
Day 02 : NamoBuddha - Dhulikhel 4-5hrs. trek
Day 03 : Dhulikhel - Nagarkot 2127m. 5-6hrs. trek
Day 04 : Nagarkot - Sangkhu - Kathmandu 3-4hrs. trek and drive from Sangkhu one hour.

Shivapuri trek
Shivapuri trek walk through the beautiful forest watching some animal and birds. Also provides a best mountain views to the north from the top of Shivapuri following sunrise experience at Nagarkot. The trek ends at Bhaktapur a city of wood carving and local tradition.

Trek itinerary
Day 01 : Kathmandu - Aklebhatti drive to sundarijal one hour and trek to aklebhatti 3-4hrs.
Day 02 : Aklebhatti - Shivapuri 2790m. 4-5hrs. trek
Day 03 : Shivapuri top - Dhap 5-6hrs. trek
Day 04 : Dhap - Chaukibhanjyang 6-7hrs. trek
Day 05 : Chaukibhanjyang - Nagarkot 4-5hrs. trek
Day 06 : Nagarkot - Bhaktapur - Kathmandu trek to bhaktapur 5-6hrs. and drive to kathmandu half an hour.

Namobuddha trek
Namobuddha trek visiting a religious Buddhist gomba and histrical Panauti city; the trek starts with walk through country side providing mountain views and of course a beautiful sunrise view at nagarkot. Also provides some of the highlights of Buddhist gomba at Nomobuddha and a historical city of Panauti where the trek ends with a couple of hrs drive to kathmandu.

Trek itinerary
Day 01 : Kathmandu - Chisopani; drive to sundarijal one hour and trek to Chisopani 4-5hrs.
Day 02 : Chiosopani - Nagarkot 2127m; 7-8hrs. trek
Day 03 : Nagarkot - Dhulikhel; trek to Nala 3-4hrs. and drive to Dhulikhel half an hour
Day 04 : Dhulikhel - NamoBuddha; 5-6hrs. trek
Day 05 : NamoBuddha - Panauti-Kathmandu; trek to Panauti 3-4hrs. and drive to Kathmandu one hour.
