Holiday Mountain Treks & Expedition has organized and provided services for many successful ascents on most of the trekking peak climbs. We also have assisted independent climbers, private groups or individual peak climbing expeditions all the way to the summit. Our staffs are organized and professional; and every year and every peak we are a success.
Holiday Mountain Treks & Expedition will provide you with the entire necessary infrastructure to assist you (as it is authorized government licensed professional peak climbing organizer/operator trekking company/agency in Nepal) in your summit attempt. We will do all the necessary paperwork for peak climbing, permits, organize all accommodation before/after expedition, organize base camp facilities, transport loads and provide food, tents, porters, sherpas, advice and essential assistance.
We offer these services to both inexperience and experienced mountaineers. Previous high altitude and technical climbing experience is required. Our Nepalese mountain guides and climbing sherpas are some of the most experienced in the world and will assist you as much as possible in your summit attempt.
We also provide all Nepal trekking peak climbing mountaineering expedition trip information, climbing gear/equipments list discussion, necessary practical training course for technical and gear handling, itineraries, climbing guide and other support, permit obtaining, application form and other logistic work.
Trekking Peak-the designation trekking peak is an unfortunate misnomer, because
most of the peaks are significant mountaineering challenges. Few of the trekking
peaks are walk ups and some of them technically demanding and dangerous. However
the trekking peak climbing requires some technical skill and previous experience.
The weather is often bad and may force you to sit in your tent for a day or more.
Usually a well-equipped base camp is necessary and the ascent of a peak require
one or two high camps that must be established. Most of the peaks require a minimum
of two days to climb and can take as long as three weeks.Since 1978 the Nepal
Mountaineering Association NMA has had the authority to issue permission for
small-scale attempts on 18 peaks. Though it is not necessary to go through a
long application process, hire and equip a liaison officer, or organize a huge
assault on a major peak in order to try Himalayan Mountaineering.
